Please note;
Fleas - they will require a flea shampoo and sterilisation of the van at an extra £10.
Severely matted dogs will be charged at an extra £10, as extra grooming time will be required.

We cannot accept aggressive dogs - a groom may need to be terminated if such behaviour is displayed and
the cost of the groom will still have to be paid.

If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment - 75% of the full groom cost will be chargeable,
due to there not being sufficient time to replace the booking.
